80% raw I try to eat as much raw food as possible. I have been 100% raw in the past (2.5 years). Though I felt very good for most of that, I felt I was lacking a bit protein-wise and decided to start adding in legumes and grains. I still try do raw until dinner and enjoy creating raw desserts.
